HIP HOP CLASS:  

Any loose fitting clothing (no jeans/cutoffs/or tight clothes). Any solid white tennis shoes. No jewlery.

TUMBLING: 

Any combination of leotards, biker shorts & sports bras (no shoes, socks or tights), with hair fastened back. No jewlery.

TUITION: Accounts are to be paid in full on the first lesson of each month. There will be no deductions of refunds for missed lessons. A $5.00 late fee will automatically be applied to your account if your tuition payment is not received by the 10th of the month (even if your child misses the first lesson of the month). A full month’s tuition will be due each month regardless of the number of lessons received that month. Please make payments to: Renee’s Dance & Tumbling; deposit it in the drop slot on the west wall of the office. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

BAD WEATHER: When bad weather develops, I will leave all studio closings on the answering machine by 3:00 p.m. (712-792-1166). Please call before coming. If you feel driving is unsafe, please call to advise me of the weather in your area. If school has been canceled or let out early, do not assume that there will not be classes as the weather may change.

OBSERVATION: The watch windows will be open the first FULL week of November and March. There will be a question & answer session during March watch week to cover details of the student’s costumes & recital. Please bring a notebook & a pen.

COSTUMES FOR RECITAL: Costume deposits will need to be paid in November for each recital costume. For each costume ordered, there will be a $50.00 costume deposit. The remaining balance of costumes will be charged in January after returning from Christmas break. 9th Grade dance students and up will make a $200.00 deposit (4 costumes).  Costumes will be ordered accordingly. (If there is a credit balance, it will be applied to tuition.) Costume balances are due upon receipt. One costume will try to be used however; most classes in first grade and up will have TWO different costumes that will require two deposits. Preschool students up through kindergarten and tumblers will have one costume unless notified differently.

STUDENT SUPPLIES: We ask that each family contribute to these items that are used in an abundance at the studio. Please supply a roll of paper towels/5 oz. dixie cups/ & 1 box of kleenex.
